Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of CoolSEO, an online SEO audit and assistance service published by VIBE STUDIO, and the purchase of its subscriptions.

2. Account

Users provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping their access confidential. They only analyze websites they operate or are authorized to work on.

3. Free plan and credits

When opening an account, users can use CoolSEO for free with 30 credits granted once, without a credit card and without automatic subscription. Each analysis uses credits according to the rates shown on the pricing page. Credits included in a subscription renew each period; unused credits roll over to the next period only. Credits bought as top-ups are valid for 12 months. Credits have no monetary value and are neither refundable nor transferable.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown excluding taxes on the pricing page. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through our payment provider. Credit top-ups are reserved for users with an active paid subscription and are paid at the time of order.

5. Term and cancellation

The monthly subscription has no commitment. It can be canceled at any time from the customer dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The yearly subscription is due for the committed year.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw. By starting to use the service during that period, they accept its immediate performance; the amount corresponding to the service already provided remains due. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

7. Acceptable use

• The service may not be used to publish or buy fake reviews, or for spam.
• Users may not circumvent the limits of their plan or resell access without written agreement.

8. Liability

CoolSEO provides analyses and recommendations; implementing them is the user's responsibility. No ranking on Google and no citation by an AI is guaranteed. VIBE STUDIO's liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
